Document Solutions of Springfield has been an authorized Xerox Sales Agency since 1994 Owned by Greg & Lisa
Tigges. Document Solutions of Springfield provides a full line of Xerox document
solutions, including copiers, fax machines, laser printers, digital copiers, multifunction
devices, color copiers, color printers, DocuTech Production Publishers and wide
format color inkjet printers. Xerox also provides complete on-site techincal support
and customer training. Our Xerox professionals would like to work with you on
a document strategy that will meet the needs of your office now and into the future.
Achievements
Affiliated with Xerox for the past 29 years, Greg Tigges was among Xerox's Top
10 Sales Reps in the country for six years, number one in the region for five
of those; Xerox President's Club awards for 10 consecutive years; Golden Eagle
Award; Document Solutions of Springfield has won numerous honors including recognition
at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and Sales Agency of the Year, number one
in Missouri in 1998; one of Springfield! Magazine's 98 to watch in '98. For 2005-2010,
Document Solutions of Springfield has been recognized as one of the top 10 agencies
in the country, and achieved Xerox's President's Club award. In 2009, Document
Solutions of Springfield was the Number TWO mid size agency in the country.
Community Involvement
Community Involvement is very important to Greg Tigges and his staff at Document
